How to Join the Program
Our program requires that an online business commit itself to a higher standard of commerce. Below you will find the steps necessary to join the eTrust Partners Privacy and Commerce Seal Program and receive the permission to add the eTrust Partners Seal to your website. Please consult the Licensee Fee Table to find the apropriate license fee which applies to your company.
Steps to complete in the certification process
- 1. Review the Code of Online
Business Practices online and download a copy for future reference.

Partners License Agreement
Download [115 kb] - 3. Once you have faxed the sign agreement we will send a self evaluation test. Please complete the evaluation and prepare your application fee.
- 4. Contact certification@etrustpartners.com and submit your self evaluation along with our application.
- 5. Comply with your site coordinator's evaluation and audit of your website in order to complete the certification.
- 6. Place the eTrust Partners Certification Seal on your website.
