Collection of Information: Seal Program aplications:
In order to apply for a eTrust Partners Seal you must supply us with information such as your name, company name, address, telephone number, fax, business registration number and other sensitive company and personal information. This information is only used to process your application and is not shared with other third party.

Filing a complaint:
An individual who wishes to file a complaint against an eTrust Partners Seal Program member must supply us with personal information such as name, email, complaint and in some cases telephone number and address. The information is used to process the complaint and mediate a dispute resolution if necessary. This information is shared only with the company / website against whom the complaint has been filed. It is not shared with any other third party.

Website Statistics
We collect website statistical information in the form of webserver access logs that contain information about what browsers website users use, time of accessing our site and ip address. We do not log any personal indentifiable information nor do we share our site logs with any other third party.

Disclosure of Information: Regular Business Practices:
As our regular business practice we do not share, distribute nor sell any personal information collected on this website to any third party. This includes all email communication between members of eTrust Partners staff an the general public, contractors and members.

Legal Disclosure:
Personal information may be disclosed to judical courts or government agents pursuant with judical orders or law.

Website Communications: Memebers:
Occasionally we send email communcations to our members to keep them update date with the lastest releases of the Code of Online Business Practices. We also send emails according to the terms and conditions agreed upon in the eTrust Partners Seal Program License Agreement.

Unsolicitated email:
We send communications to possible applicants that we feel would benifit from becoming eTrust Partners. All email and physical address are collected through marketing research done by eTrust Partners. We do not purchase nor accept emails nor email lists from third parties. We do not repeat communications to possible applicants who have not contacted us for further information.

Applicants:
We send communications to applicants so that they may complete the application process. At any time an applicant may with draw from the application process and they will not be contact in the future unless request information.

Newsletter:
We do not have a newsletter.

Opt-in / Opt-out:
At any time a webuser,member, applicant or possible applicant can contact eTrust Partners at marketing@etrustpartners.com and request that they should receive no further communications form eTrust Partners.

Right of Access: If a user wishes to review, edit or delete any of their personally identifiable information the may do so by contacting marketing@etrustpartners.com.

Information Security Policies: All of our users` information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Our employees must use passwordv to access the computers in our offices. Upon leaving their terminal password protected login screens automatically appear so when employess return they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to user information. Furthermore, employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure that information is protected.
